Physical Education Reminders

All Phys. Ed. Students.

You have worked so hard in the weight room these last few months and now you are off for March Break for two weeks.  In order to keep progressing on your strength training, be sure to do some physical activity over the break.  Go for a jog, do some push-ups, situps, pullups whatever you can do to keep your muscles active and strong.  Remember to eat wisely and enjoy the time off.  See you all at the end of March!
