Mission & Vision

It is our school mission

To provide, in partnership with the family, quality academic education within a Christ-centred learning environment that equips students to pursue excellence and leadership in a changing world.

It is our academic mission

To develop life-long learners who will positively contribute to a changing world.

We will know that we are accomplishing our mission when all of our students are:

  • Self-directed Learners who use Christian values to create vision for themselves and their future, set priorities and achievable goals, create options for themselves, monitor and evaluate their progress, and assume responsibility for their actions.
  • Collaborative Workers who use effective, godly leadership and group skills to develop and manage interpersonal relationships within diverse settings.
  • Complex Thinkers who identify, access, integrate, and use available resources and information to reason, make decisions, and solve complex problems in a variety of contexts.
  • Quality Workers who create intellectual, artistic, practical, and physical products which reflect originality, high standards, and the use of varied technologies.
  • Worldview Christians who are aware of societal issues and are willing to take a stand for their beliefs and strategize effectively to create change.

It is our spiritual mission

To personally know and experience God’s love and power.

"For in Him we live and move and have our being..." Acts 17:28

The Spiritual Mission is intended to touch everyone in our school community in all areas of their lives, and we hold to the following core values:

  1. To develop and maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
  2. To know, love, and apply the Bible to our daily lives.
  3. To recognize and permit the ministry of the Holy Spirit to me and through me.
  4. To pray and worship - individually and corporately.
  5. To encourage obedience and respect.
  6. To have the freedom to question the Christian faith and find answers.
  7. To provide opportunities for service - inside/outside of school and culture.
  8. To receive guidance in acquiring a life purpose.
  9. To encourage character development and holy living.
  10. To develop and maintain proper relationships with God and with each other.
